Privacy policy

JobReady SA, run by Founded Ellipse, collects only what you give us: your CV or the short form, the job ad, and the email you pay with. We use it to make your document and to send it to you.

Your CV, the short form and the job ad are deleted 30 days after you make your preview, or the moment you tap “Delete my files now”. Your document stays available at your private order link for those same 30 days.

We do not sell your information. It is seen by the service and its agents only, and by the payment provider to take your payment. You can ask us to delete everything at any time: reply to any email we sent you.

Terms

You confirm that the information you give us is true. We build your document from it and add nothing. We do not promise a job, an interview or a callback.

One order is one document for one job ad. You may not resell or redistribute the service. South African law applies.

Refund policy

If you are not happy, you get one free Redo within 7 days: tell us what to change and we make the document again. If you are still unhappy after the Redo, we refund you in full within 7 days of your payment.

Ask for a Redo or a refund from your order page, or reply to the delivery email.
